Disposable venous blood collection needles are primarily disposable vacuum venous blood collection devices used for collecting blood samples during medical testing. A venous blood collection needle consists of a needle holder, connector, puncture needle, and rubber components. A vacuum blood collection device comprises three parts: a vacuum blood collection tube, a blood collection needle (straight needle or scalp needle), and a needle holder.
The vacuum blood collection tube is the main component, primarily used for the collection and preservation of blood samples. During manufacturing, a certain amount of negative pressure is pre-set in the vacuum blood collection tube. When the blood collection needle punctures the blood vessel, the negative pressure within the tube causes blood to flow automatically into it. Simultaneously, the tube contains various additives, fully meeting the needs of multiple comprehensive clinical blood tests.
