The testing process follows strict standardized procedures. First, sample preparation is performed by randomly selecting representative samples from the same production batch and equilibrating them under constant temperature and humidity. Physical performance testing is conducted according to standard methods: the syringe is mounted on the testing equipment, the piston is pushed at a specified speed, and the sliding resistance and return force are recorded; standard weights are used to verify the scale accuracy; and needle sharpness is assessed by puncturing simulated skin material.

 

Chemical testing requires the syringe extract to be prepared under specific conditions, and various chemical indicators are determined using analytical techniques such as chromatography and spectroscopy. Biological testing strictly adheres to aseptic techniques, with samples inoculated into culture media for observation; endotoxin detection is performed using gel electrophoresis or turbidimetry; and cytotoxicity testing assesses biocompatibility through co-culturing the extract with cells. Raw data must be recorded for all testing processes to ensure traceability.
