When using a single-use sterile acupuncture needle, small acupotomy, or press needle, first tear open the sealed package, remove the sterile needle, and inspect the needle body for rust spots or bends, and the tip for sharpness before use.

When using a single-use sterile tube needle, first pierce the protective paper, remove the tube needle, visually inspect it, align the insertion tube with the acupoint, remove the insertion piece, aim at the tail of the needle with the index finger, and gently tap to insert the needle into the acupoint before pulling out the tube and twisting the needle. Before needling, the practitioner must wash their hands thoroughly, disinfect their fingers, and disinfect the patient's acupoint skin before needling.

Keep the treatment room warm during acupuncture, especially avoiding cold and drafts in winter. During summer acupuncture, avoid direct drafts from fans on the needling site.

Pay attention to pressing the needle holes on the head, face, and other parts. If bleeding occurs after acupuncture, immediately press the bleeding point with a sterile cotton ball to stop bleeding; do not rub to prevent bruising and infection! For patients with longer needle retention time, press the needle hole after removing the needle.

During needling, if certain techniques require touching the needle body, use a sterile cotton ball as a barrier. The practitioner's fingers should not directly touch the needle body.

Under normal use, acupuncture needling into the human body may cause discomfort such as pain and soreness to the patient. This is a normal characteristic of acupuncture therapy and only varies in degree. Do not be nervous.

Occasionally, individual patients may experience adverse events such as fainting during acupuncture, stuck needles, or bent needles. If fainting occurs, immediately remove the needle and use a needling stimulus to wake the patient. During needle retention, the patient should not move suddenly or exercise to prevent strong muscle contraction, which may cause stuck, bent, or broken needles. When a warning sign or stuck needle occurs, do not forcefully pull the needle to prevent breakage.

Carefully Inspect Before Each Use:

● Check that the needle tip is sharp, free of flat heads, burrs, bends, or defects such as creases, peeling, or corrosion on the needle body. Discard damaged or defective products. Do not use them.

● Pay attention to the expiration date printed on the single-use sterile acupuncture needle package. Do not use after expiration!

● Do not use the single-use sterile acupuncture needle if the inner package is damaged or contaminated!

The single-use sterile acupuncture needle is sterilized using EO (Ethylene Oxide). It is for single use only and must be destroyed after use!

The production (manufacturing) date and service life are indicated on the label.

Under the condition of complying with storage rules, the service life of the single-use sterile acupuncture needle is three years.

During acupuncture treatment, strictly follow the requirements of acupuncture technical operation specifications to prevent abnormal conditions caused by improper use. When performing electroacupuncture, the needle body may corrode and break under the electrolytic action of electric pulses, leading to accidental needle breakage. Operate in a standardized manner and control the electroacupuncture time to reduce risks.
